− quality of room average checking in was very slow
Adequate for one night stay- and if you ain’t gonna spend much time in the hotel.
5.0Location is great. TV size appreciated by kids! Very big screen, nice sound and many channels.
− Noisy although room was facing the curl de sac. Hotel needs an upgrade. Decor dated back to 90ies…carpets looks and smell the same. Bed madrass hard and worn down..but my 11 year old said she slept well.

9.0Everything. The concierge are some of the hardest working people I've met. Stayed many times for business. One was called Mohamed, can't remember the name of the other (he was bald with a smart waistcoat on), but he was very friendly and hospitable. Ursella on reception who checked me in was also brilliant.
