1.0I like the area. Not the hotel.
− Staff. Room too small. Floor sloping to one side. Bathroom door has glass so sun light enters early in the morning and wakes you up as no curtain in bathroom. A/C makes loud noise. The best joke, I was told there’s a £40 fee if I wanted to check in before 3pm by one or two hours! Really?? Hotel reception area too small and is packed around 3pm. Too expensive for what it is. Just bad experience. I wouldn’t stay there again.

10.0The breakfast is always good with a variety of options to suit all tastes. It can be a bit chaotic at peak times, but that's just the way it goes so no complaints. The staff always deal with any unforseen complication with a smile. The location is second to none and the rooms are always clean and reasonably well appointed for a central London hotel. But it's the staff that make this place a joy to stay in!
