I booked to be really close to the football stadium but was relocated last minute to a lot further away. That hotel was

10.0Booking.com has asked me to leave a review, so I'll share my experience, when I arrived at the hotel i was informed that it was closed there was a problem within the hotel which needed work men in to fix (not exactly sure what it was cause of the language barrier) it could have been easy for the hotel just to cancel my booking but they said my booking would still be honoured and they moved me to a hotel a few minute walk up the street, and the hotel they moved me to was AMAZING! so although I can't review this particular hotel this time their customer service gets a 10/10 from me and the 2 reception staff were very helpful and reassuring even with thr language barrier so they get a 10/10 too 👍🏻
