− The mattress pad for twin bed kept moving off bed as I tried to adjust on bed. I am old and it was a bit hard to deal with

− Het personeel was wel heel vriendelijk maar sommige spraken geen Nederlands of zeer slecht Engels. Ook de bediening in de bar liet te wensen over daar ze geen kennis hadden van de drankkaart. Abdijbieren werden ingegoten in limonadeglazen en dit bij 2 verschillende meisjes.
A comfortable, quiet and conveniently located hotel.
8.0The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet, with a lovely view and a comfortable bed and sofa. The location was very convenient, with easy access from Amsterdam Centraal and an Albert Heijn just around the corner. It would also be an excellent base for visiting Artis Zoo and Micropia. Check-out was particularly quick and easy.
− There was no kettle in the room, which would have been useful. A few small details could have been better, such as the bathroom bin having no liner and being the only bin in the room. The check-in process also wasn't immediately clear when we arrived, so we spent a little time waiting around unsure of what to do.
