All was fairly good but it became not so at checkout l was in the unusual situation of needing to leave earlier than normal to catch an AM flight so did not sleep at property my last night When checking out and explaining this the staff member noticed a date mistake and informed me l had paid for an extra night because of it Since my focus was making my flight and my party had small children who were tired l just had to let it go but since have reached out and tried to obtain a partial or total refund for my unused night without success. This is a business that could absorb a small loss more easily than a family of five on a one off holiday they saved for so l am disappointed they are unwilling to be kind enough to understand my views on the matter and give me some portion of or a complete refund of the unused night That kind of understanding is the difference to me of reccomending or not a hotel or being a return customer it sours my view if mistakes are made and overlooked by all ppl involved but cannt be reversed. It is just the decent thing to do

− As mentioned already above in detail Just a quick comparison prior to this hotel l stayed elsewhere and a room attendant entered my room to tidy up without my permission that l had actually declined already and something of mine went missing in this instance the hotel apologized and kindly compensated me for the upset and incovenience That was much appreciated and l am sure caused them no issue to make that gesture but it meant alot to me to feel heard and regarded That is what this hotel is lacking empathy.

Great place to stay for the money we paid would stay there again

A neat and tidy hotel in a great location, conveniently situated close to the metro, making it easy to get around Singapore. The staff were absolutely wonderful, always friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and whenever I had a question or needed assistance, they went out of their way to help. Their lovely hospitality was definitely a highlight of my stay. The room was comfortable, with lovely cold air conditioning, comfortable beds and good amenities. The hotel also had a lovely swimming pool, and the buffet breakfast was very enjoyable, with a good selection of food. Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay in a convenient location, made even better by the genuinely lovely staff.

I enjoyed the stay and the MRT was 3 minutes away walking. City was very smoggy in October

Pool was lovely with small shallow depth for kids and a spa pool also. Room was lovely, greeting staff were happy and willing to assist. Breakfast had a good selection.Beds were comfortable.

− Rooms were cleaned every 3 days which was okay but bins should be emptied every day or at least every 2nd day.. No menus or examples of how to order room service if required. Confusing on how to ???? Location was okay for me but I did hear from others it was just a tad out of the city?

A little isolated, but a comfortable stay

Cute small room, with a bed right next to a big picture window. The bed was very comfortable with great pillows and a comfy duvet. The Indonesian buffet in the Kintamani restaurant was outstanding.

− The bed is high up on a platform and you need to be agile to climb the two high awkward steps up to it. The hotel is not really easy to walk to anything as there are huge main roads to cross. Need taxis to get anywhere.

Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, gutes Frühstücks-Buffet, netter Pool für ein Stadt Hotel, schöne Lage zwischen Chinatown und Tiong Bahru.

− Eher zweckmäßig, nicht für längere Wohlfühlaufenthalte im Hotel selber. Brauchten wir in Singapur aber auch nicht.
