6.0− J'ai dû annuler les 3 derniers jours de ma réservation de 6 jours plus de 24h à l'avance, ce dont j'avais prévenu l'hôtel dès mon arrivée et je n'ai pas été remboursée des 3 nuits que je n'ai pas passée sur place, malgré que l'hôtel me l'ai affirmé
