Excellent séjour à Madrid
9.0La qualité, la disponibilité et le professionnalisme du personnel notamment à la reception pour répondre à toutes les sollicitations. l'emplacement proche de plusieurs stations de metro. la taille des chambres. la petite terrasse en arrière cour pour prendre un verre. bien insonorisé (notre chambre était sur cour).
− Un peu déçu par le petit déjeuner, de trés bonne qualité mais trés classique, standard mais sans plus, je m'attendais à plus de choix. les chambres et la salle de bain sont un peu vétustes mais propres et bien équipés. quartier très calme, pour sortir le soir il n'y pas grand chose à proximité, il faut marchait un peu (ou prendre le metro).

− Rooms were very small, stale and looked old. No room for storage of clothes and no room to lay our luggage for 2 people other than a small bench or the bed. We needed to keep folded clothing in our luggage and we couldn’t access luggage at same time. General cleanliness was mediochre
