10.0Great place for overnight stay before flying out. Easy check-in. 15 minutes to airport. Took the shuttle to the airport…it is complimentary and runs every 45 minutes.

8.0The staff member who checked us in at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were kind and efficient. The shuttle service and driver was also very good. The hotel needs maintenance. The bathroom door wouldn't close, and the cleanliness was okay. Hotel convenient to the madrid airport. Thank you.
