10.0Wow. Believe the reviews. Every member of staff can't do enough for you. They WANT to make your holiday amazing. Yusuf is such a lovely guy working the front door alongside Dil, every time I saw him he had a lovely big smile on his face and they all could not do enough for us. Sonyia and Farzana perfect at breakfast, very efficient and always friendly. Sasee and Rahul making sure your sunbeds are prepared with fresh towels every morning, always so happy. Pk and the pool bar staff made the whole experience perfect. So quick, happy, funny a lovely man. His brother Wai was amazing too, nothing was ever too much trouble. Waleed in the black goose and the lovely waitress lady, I never got her name but she also did a great job . Tammy head of recreation is an absolute gem. She was always interacting with our children and us as a family, always checking in to see if we needed anything, she also went out of her way to help me book Zeta 77 for our 9th wedding anniversary. There's not one negative comment I could leave about this hotel. The breakfast was lovely. Every meal was perfect. We stayed all inclusive with alcoholic drinks. I like to eat on JBR every night. I literally went out to 3 restaurants in 10 days as I enjoyed the hotel food so much. I booked the hotel half board. To upgrade to all inclusive premium with drinks for an adult was £65 a day. 1 bottle of Budweiser/Corona was £12. 5 of them was £60. Lunch was priced around £15 to £20. So well worth it. That's drinks from 12.30 until 11.30 at night. The hotel lobby and seafields are so relaxing. Gorgeous decor. The rooms, hallways all perfectly redecorated and so clean. The pool area is perfect with a swim up bar. I will stay here every year from now. When they call the hotel the Sheraton family it really is like being at home. Other people to mention. Moses, Phyo, navath, Jimee.
− Could do with a room for the children to be entertained of an evening, with maybe an air hockey/pool table or cinema room would be great
