− The glass wall is not clean, and it affects the quality of the pictures we are taking.

8.0This is my second stay at Towers Rotana. The best part is the location its very close to the metro & Dubai mall is just 2 stops away. Clean & comfortable place. Got early check in after an overnight tiring flight. Breakfast is good , really enjoyed the chocolate fondue with marshmallows.
− The location of the bathroom door was a little uncomfortable. Bathtub drain opener was very hard, had to call a technician every time to open it.

9.0أعجبني اولا حُسن معامله مكتب الاستقبال وأخص الاخوة رضا ومحمود ولا ننسا احمد السوداني و المغربي نور بما قدموه من ترقيه للغرف وثانيا المطعم كان لاباس وصالة الرياضه وخدمة الغرف
فندق جيد ونظيف وخدمة ممتازة.
