− The pillows were a bit soft but the bed linen was clean and of high quality.

10.0Location is amazing...steps from Piazza San Marco surrounded by wonderful restaurants yet very peaceful and quiet at night. We would return just for the BREAKFAST! Everything you could imagine from perfectly scrambled eggs to cereal, fruit, meats and cheese and lovely breads and brioche. Also with breakfast comes the availability of afternoon tea and a free trip to Murano for the glass blowing. The staff is outstanding...we wanted a private water taxi to the airport and it was arranged immediately for us. This was our 3rd visit to the Montecarlo.

Loved the quality of the service and food offered but it was hard to get a restful night's sleep the
8.0Amazing variety and top quality options for breakfast and fantastic evening snacks. Great front desk staff and help to a private water taxi.
− Room was on second floor above lobby and on the front entrance & street. There was load talking and noise until past 1am both nights there. The shower was tiny and low water press.
