1.0NON RACCOMANDO ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA. Hotel decisamente datato, bagni in condizioni deludenti e gestione delle contestazioni inesistente.
− Esperienza estremamente deludente. Ho prenotato una Camera Quadrupla Comfort da 26 m² con 4 letti singoli basandomi sulla descrizione e sulle fotografie pubblicate online. La camera che mi è stata assegnata non corrispondeva alle aspettative create dall’annuncio e ho ritenuto che vi fosse una significativa differenza tra quanto pubblicizzato e quanto effettivamente ricevuto. Ho segnalato immediatamente il problema, ma la gestione del reclamo è stata insoddisfacente. Ancora più deludente è stata l’assenza di qualsiasi risposta diretta da parte dell’hotel alle mie comunicazioni successive. Booking.com è intervenuta riconoscendo un rimborso parziale a proprie spese, mentre dalla struttura non ho ricevuto alcun riscontro. Da una struttura appartenente al marchio Best Western mi aspettavo maggiore trasparenza, attenzione verso il cliente e soprattutto una gestione più professionale delle contestazioni. NON RACCOMANDO ASSOLUTAMENTE QUESTA STRUTTURA. Hotel decisamente datato, bagni in condizioni deludenti e gestione delle contestazioni inesistente.

7.0Buona posizione, vicino ai trasporti pubblici. Supermercato affianco molto comodo. Servizio disponibile. Subito la stanza non era conforme alla foto dell’annuncio, era conformata in modo diverso. Lo staff è stato cordiale e abbiamo selezionato la stanza ideale per il mio soggiorno.
− Pulizie discrete e nella norma, nulla di speciale. Asciugamani puliti ma non di buonissimo profumo, molto generico.
