8.0room was perfect and clean. bed was soft and comfortable. the location is perfect and a 1 min walk from the station.
− i got multiple text messages from the person working at the front desk asking me how my stay was during the time i was there. personally i feel like this is very unnecessary. breakfast was very busy and even though there was a lot of variety the taste of it wasn’t the best.

− The breakfast was a bit chaotic and bland, we also were unable to get any breakfast on a bank holiday before we checked out because they serve it later on bank holidays.

9.0The cleaningles was excellent. Very polite personell and willing to help us with some situations which occurred. Rooms were absolutely quiet including the air-conditioning system. The beds we so comfortable. As for the location, I can say it is near to the underground; which means you can go anywhere. What cat I say for the breakfast... it exceeded all of my expectations. The neighborhood is safe generally, as we had no problems at all. I would recommend it.
