− Location not good Price is high comparing to the facility One air condition without remote control House rules about noise, they mention no noise after 10pm and you don’t make noise while walking. And I have seen people going out and in until 3am from the other owners. They have sign that it is part of a program called WERESPECT…. Short story that I was thinking to move to a hotel in better area and price was nearly same but because my payment was un refundable.

− Cet appartement n'est pas prévu pour 4, une chambre est aménagée dans un "placard" dans lequel la clim ne fonctionne pas. Un canapé inconfortable pour 2. Une plaque de cuisson qui dysfonctionne, la TV du "séjour, salon et cuisine" a un mauvais contact et le balcon penche dangereusement vers la rue. La chasse d'eau fuit. La récupération de l'appartement est hasardeux.

9.0Очень хорошое расположение. До центра, пляжа и многих достопримечательностей можно дойти пешком, рядом магазины, метро.В квартире есть абсолютно всё, что нужно для проживания. Очень чисто и аккуратно.Персонал выходил на связь, старался решать проблемы, правда, кондиционер в одной из комнат так и не починили, но это не испортило отдых и впечатления))
