ريحة الممرات والغرف تقلل من تقييم الفندق
7.0ان الفندق مرتبط بمحطة القطار وان قريب من مجمع MbK مشي 5 الى 7 دقائق تقريبا ومنها الى باقي المجمعات saim discover و siam center و saim paragon و saim square وتقدرون بعد تروحون لهم بالقطار مباشرة بينما بقية المجمعات بلاتنيوم ودايموند وديسمبر وغيرها تقريبا 20 دقيقة مشي بس انه افضل استخدام شركات التوصيل او تطبيق bolt للوصول لها والعودة متوفرة ادوات النظافة بالحمام وتتبدل بشكل يومي حسب الطلب وفيه خوينة لحفظ الاشياء الثمينة
− ريحة الفندق و الممرات و الغرف مجاري الله يعزكم، وأثاث الفندق جدا قديم ومستهلك تأخرنه في تسجيل check in من الزحمة يعني حتى لوحاجز ومطرش لهم وقت الوصول بعد تتنظر دورك ويتأكدون أن الغرف متوفرة ياخذون على الغرفة تأميل 2000 بات انه اجوفه مبلغ مبالغ فيه الصراحة حق الغرف بالاضافة ان مانقدر نستخدمة اذا بنرجع مباشرة حق الديرة عقب check out طلبت غرف تنفيذية متصلة كونه عايلة مع أطفال بس ماكانت متوفرة وقت الوصول وانتقلت عقب 3 أيام الى الغرف المتصلة

The best choice to stay for explore Bangkok city life.
9.0I did not order breakfast because we did not want to wake up so we love to spend time at the ROOTS coffee shop at the hotel. The location is literally perfect for city walk or transport with BTS. There are so many shops and places near the hotel.
− This period of time, there is a construction close to the hotel sometimes it makes travel a little bit difficult. However, the transportation with BTS make life more easier.

− スリッパ・歯ブラシ・ティッシュが無く、毎日電話して持ってきてもらう必要がありました。 部屋のテーブルがベタついていました。
