Decent location to Shinjuku or Shin Okubo station on the Yamanote line.
8.0Lots of Space to spread out for 4 or 5 people
− The dust only Iiving room TV cabinets, amd windows sills and floors under bed upstairs wasn't cleaned. TV screen had had prints. Looks l8ke the cleaners did a quick once over on it. Made me think that maybe the cleaners missed other items?

Enjoyable Stay
10.0Location was fantastic with shops and restaurants in close proximity. It's also walkable to Shinjuku area. Place was clean, free access to Netflix and lots of amenities provided.
− Lots of rules/posters displayed everywhere. Rubbish sorting was a bit confusing - clearer information provided would help for next time.
