2.0ใช้งานแอป Hotels.com ครั้งแรกเพื่อจองที่พักติดริมน้ำเจ้าพระยาเพื่อจะดูพลุปีใหม่ตรงเอเชียทีค โดยตัดเงินผ่านบัตรเครดิต ปรากฎว่าเมื่อไปถึง โรงแรมแจ้งว่าห้องเต็มไปเมื่อ3วันที่แล้ว แจ้งเรื่องไปทางแอป Hotels ไปแล้วแอปไม่อัพเดทข้อมูล โรงแรมไม่รับผิดชอบอะไรให้ติดต่อแอป Hotels เอาเอง พอติดต่อแอป Hotels ไปแล้วเจ้าหน้าที่ของแอป Hotels บอกว่าทางโรงแรมต้องอัพเดทข้อมูลว่าห้องไม่ว่างเอาเอง ต่างคนต่างโยนเรื่อง สุดท้ายเจ้าหน้าที่บอกจะรับเรื่องเพื่อทำเรื่องยกเลิกที่พักให้ก็เงียบหาย เข็ดแล้วกับแอปนี้ ขอกลับไปใช้อโกด้าดีกว่าครับ
