− Antes de reservar llamamos directamente para aclarar que reservamos por el servicio de transporte al aeropuerto, al llegar para hacer el check in nos dicen en recepción que no hay plazas disponibles porque no se reservan y es por orden de llegada al hotel. Finalmente tuvimos que gestionar el trasporte por nuestra cuenta habiendo indicado previamente que la condición de quedarnos en ese hotel era hacer uso del servicio de transporte al aeropuerto
