− The property is starting to feel and look dated (especially the rooms) There is a large construction site blocking the views from the rooms and pool area.

Not a great value for money. You can probably find something newer and 1/2 the price

− Construction site right outside the building; the room wasn't ready at 2pm. Do not book rooms with a Marina Bay Sands view, as there is a construction site right outside the hotel. The property needs a full revamp. Perhaps it was cool 8-10 years ago.
