Guest review
Guest review
6.0Staff were very helpful and friendly
− Beds on wheels are ridiculous. Cheap three legged bedside table was poor and fell over. The walk to the metro was significantly more than expected and too far for people with any small walking limitations
Inoubliable .
Gute Erholung, super Personal, top Essen!
Vielen Dank nochmal!!!

Policy is they won't arrange or call for a taxi.
6.0Clean and modern
− Staff wouldn't help obtain a taxi, there was no kleenex in the room, we wanted to eat dinner in the hotel bar that had light meals but I didnt see anyone working so I asked the desk and they said he would be there in a minute. After about 30 minutes he finally came after we had asked again about placing an order.
Guest review
5.0− Hotel reception weren’t great to deal with.
