9.0Attentive staff, lovely rooms. Especially liked the bathroom with the big bath tubs. Breakfast is pretty solid
− You're gonna do a lot of walking! The hotel is far to one side of the city, so if your destinations are elsewhere prepare for a trek.
Séjour inoubliable !
10.0"Surclassés" ! Nous avons eu droit à "la" suite tout au bout de cet ancien palais, au ras d'un canal. Forcément, c'était mieux que bien! Mention spéciale pour le personnel: souriant, polyglotte, disponible, prévenant, et de bon conseil. On nous a proposé la visite d'une verrerie à Murano, avec démonstration d'un maître-verrier. Et pour finir le séjour en beauté, un tour de Venise en bateau-taxi. L'un comme l'autre, des moments inoubliables. Quartier tranquille, mais avec des restaurants animés à proximité. Et pas trop loin de la gare. Idéal, en somme!

Beautiful hotel in quiet Cannaregio, but close to many restaurants and activities.
9.0Beautiful, classy jewel of a hotel in a quiet area of Cannaregio, with the bustling areas just a 5 minute walk away. Room was gorgeous but not huge. Restaurant has a cute private outdoor space.
− Front staff were professional and knowledgeable, but sometimes inflexible. We had some minor maintenance issues with our room that were never fixed. The front staff suggested a semi-private boat tour of the canals in the early evening, but the guy who drove the boat never spoke – it turned out to be an expensive and beautiful ride, not a tour. Bartenders were not particularly friendly, and our free drink passes weren’t redeemable for cocktails.
