− Que no nos facilitaron ninguna opción para ducharnos, ya que las duchas de la piscina están fuera de servicio y cuando les solicitamos acceso a la ducha del gimnasio nos dijeron que como habíamos realizado el check out no podíamos hacer uso nada más que de la piscina
