Another amazing stay at the Hilton Tokyo
10.0My partner and I stay here at least twice a year, and every stay is amazing. It is our home in Tokyo. I was concerned with the ongoing renovation works; however, we didn't hear a thing. The hotel blocks several floors above and below the works, so ensuring experience is not impacted. We received a warm welcome from Waly, the Journey Ambassador Manager, who kindly arranged a room upgrade, as I am Hilton Diamond. He is super attentive and helpful, which is always greatly appreciated, a real star at his job. We also discovered the concierge desk was able to post 2 small parcels for us to friends in Japan. No need to deal with a Japanese post office and the potential language barrier, truly 5* service. All the staff are super helpful and attentive. I want to call out Mina in the gym, from whom I always get the biggest hello when I return. And Jessica (Jessy), who currently works the night reception. I hope she returns to daytime duties soon. She is very helpful and so great with other guests with her extensive language skills. Always lovely to catch up with her. I can't wait for my next stay this November. This is the best Hilton Worldwide.

Wonderful!
10.0We wanted to share our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional hospitality we experienced during our stay at your property from March 6–10, 2026. We’d especially like to recognize Waly Joner Chacon Arevalo, Journey Ambassador, for making our visit truly memorable. After a warm greeting at check-in, Waly approached us to personally introduce himself and kindly presented us with a special room key and Hilton’s Kit Kat chocolate. He went above and beyond to ensure we were upgraded to Room 2901—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay even more special. Waking up each morning to the breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji was such a highlight. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast selection and service at the Marble Lounge, and we were very impressed by the Executive Lounge team—their professionalism was on par with the Conrad. Please extend our thanks to Waly and the entire Hilton Tokyo team for creating such a warm and memorable experience. We look forward to returning again soon. Regards, Shirley & Jon
