Housekeeping steal our money
1.0Staff was trying to be helpful but no result
− Very disappointing experience. During our stay, we placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on our door, but housekeeping entered and cleaned our room while we were away. Afterward, we discovered that 100 Swiss francs were missing from inside my wallet. When we reported this to management, they immediately defended their cleaning staff and denied that anything had happened. Instead of properly addressing our concerns, the manager focused on CCTV footage allegedly showing that we had removed the sign. However, whether housekeeping was allowed to enter is irrelevant to the missing money. We felt that our concerns were dismissed rather than taken seriously. A very disappointing experience that left us feeling unsafe and unable to trust the hotel.
Best hotel in Barcelona with great facilities and incredible staff!
10.0Third time staying here and by far the best place in Barcelona. Hotel is very clean, staff are amazing and it’s just an easy place to be. I could not be happier with the service throughout and will use every time I am in town

− No light! Small windows! It should be specially marked whe u book. Tragic breakfast - I am glad i cancelled it last minute. Its definitely not worthy money u are paying at all!

6.0Boa localização, hotel bonito. Piscina é pequena mas simpática pra quem quer ter uma manhã preguiçosa.
− Porta do banheiro é de vidro completamente transparente, zero privacidade. Era possível escutar o outro quarto. O piso do corredor é de vidro ondulado, que faz barulho alto quando alguém passa com malas (comum em hotel). Tive também um contratempo com o pagamento da reserva. Cobraram a pré autorização e depois me cobraram novamente no hotel, dizendo que o estorno da pré autorização seria automático. Não era esse o caso, e no fim cancelaram tanto a pré autorização, como a cobrança efetuada presencialmente e me fizeram pagar pela terceira vez. Infelizmente os impostos pagos no cartão por essas transações todas não são reembolsáveis, e a estadia acabou saindo ao menos 10% mais cara por isso.
