5.0Dear Sir/Madam, I would like to formally raise several concerns regarding our stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, we have experienced a number of issues that have negatively affected our overall experience: 1. Uncomfortable bed: The bed is uncomfortable as it consists of two separate single beds pushed together to form one double bed. This creates an uncomfortable gap in the middle and does not provide the quality of comfort expected from a double bed. 2. Room condition: The carpet in the room is not properly maintained, and there are also noticeable uneven areas in the parquet flooring, which negatively affect the overall condition and appearance of the room. 3. Unexpected power outage: We experienced a sudden power cut in our room, and there was a significant delay from the hotel in resolving the issue. This caused considerable inconvenience during our stay. 4. Non-operational elevator: The second elevator has not been operational since our first day at the hotel. As a result, there is a significant delay in reaching and using the only functioning elevator, which causes unnecessary inconvenience, especially during busy periods. 5. Poor quality of hygiene products: The quality of the hygiene products provided, particularly the toilet paper, is very poor. Unfortunately, this caused an allergic reaction and irritation in my wife’s intimate area, which is particularly concerning. Considering all these issues, I kindly ask you to take these points seriously and address them appropriately. We would appreciate a prompt and positive response regarding our situation, as well as a suitable gesture from the hotel in consideration of the inconvenience and discomfort we have experienced. I look forward to hearing from you and hope that you will take the necessary steps to resolve these concerns satisfactorily.
