Great location, friendly staff and the property was clean and modern.
9.0Location was selected based on the Viking River cruise embarkation dock, but they changed the location to Huizen. We enjoyed walking around the area by the docks.
− The server in the restaurant either didn't understand or forgot that I stated I had a gluten allergy and the caesar salad had croutons, when I specifically asked to exclude them due to my allergy. The manager came to the table and addressed the error and brought me a new salad, and she followed through with the kitchen to ensure the meal would be gluten free.

− Der Fitness Raum war zu klein. Die Laufbänder waren nicht richtig eingestellt.

− Önünde tramway var tek durakla central stationa gidiyor ama bizim ülkedeki kredi kartları temassızda sorun çıkartıyor tesisle ilgili bir durum değil, Türkiye’den gelenler için yazıyorum central station dan günlük ticket bastırmak daha mantıklı, yoksa gün boyu küçük görünen yürüyüşler size 30bin adım attırıyor.
