excellent location, close to Penn and the subway, just a few minor niggles .
5.0Breakfast was ok, but disappointed with plastic plates and especially cutlery, we are not five year olds and deserve to have proper cutlery to eat food! Plus with no telephone to reception in the room, when guests become noisy or disruptive outside on the landing , we as seniors felt trapped within the room , with no connection down to reception, this lack of connection to reception definitely needs to be addressed.

9.0Para um hotel de rede, o atendimento superou minhas expectativas. Todos os dias tinha a "hora do vinho", vinho branco e tinto disponíveis gratuitamente das 16h às 17h. Cookies à disposição em alguns dias e horários (não notei se tinha sempre), além de chá e café disponíveis 24h. Água filtrada e garrafinhas de água também estavam disponíveis na recepção. O quarto era espaçoso e muito limpo. O chuveiro era muito bom, assim como a cama e os travesseiros.
− O café da manhã podia ser melhor, mas essa é uma opinião muito pessoal. Ele era completo: sucos, iogurtes, frutas, cereais, ovos + outro tipo de proteína, pães e panquecas. Eu que não gostei muito do gosto mesmo. Mas isso não inviabiliza de modo algum a estadia.

10.0The staff is the most accommodating staff anywhere! Really welcoming attitude & nothing is a problem - & I’ve stayed here multiple times this past month/2 mths. for medical purposes for my daughter & so impressed with everything! Highly recommend!

8.0La ubicación es buenísima. La habitación es pequeña pero funcional. El desayuno está muy bien para arrancar el día, además pudimos desayunar temprano. Usamos el espacio del desayuno para cenar. Nos guardaron las valijas en el ingreso y en la salida y eso no permitió aprovechar algunas horas más . Agua en botella todos los días, café y en ocasiones algo dulce en la tarde.
− Durante algunos días no funcionó uno de los ascensores y eso nos quitó bastante tiempo, cuando se solucionó se notó la diferencia.
