6.0Abbiamo apprezzato solo la posizione e la facilità per raggiungerla.
− Purtroppo abbiamo pagato una struttura 4 stelle ed una camera tripla ma dove il letto aggiuntivo non era altro che una poltrona letto sulla quale non era possibile assolutamente dormire perchè c'era un materassino alto appena 10 cm e quindi siamo stati costretti a dormire in 3 in un unico letto in modo molto scomodo. La struttura era pulita così come la camera, ma avendo speso 450 euro a notte, ci si aspetta molto ma molto di più da un Hotel che viene spacciato per nuovo ma all'interno l'usura è molto molto evidentemente non sembra affatto un hotel riaperto nel 2020. Non volevamo rovinarci la vacanza, ma abbiamo sbagliato a non chiedere un rimborso per non aver potuto usare il letto per la terza persona. La camera non era adeguata per 3 persone. Adesso chiedo a voi di Booking se è possibile richiedere un rimborso per il disagio avuto. Attendo risposta

− Kaldığımız oda m2 si küçüktü. Tabi bu bina yapısından kaynaklı ama biraz daha büyük olmadı daha iyi olurdu
