9.0Excelente y estratégica ubicación en Manhattan, cerca de varios sitios turísticos de la ciudad , la habitación amplia y cómoda , todos los días le hacen su respectivo aseo , el desayuno aunque poco o nada variado muy balanceado y bien preparado .
− No entiendo ahora por qué varios hoteles cobran un monto exagerado de un depósito que por supuestamente daños que se puedan ocasionar , se me hace un cobro injustificado y absurdo además de muy alto donde es más sencillo cuando el huésped hace el check out verificar en el momento ojqe todo esté bien y completo y ya , espero me sea devuelto ya que son 150 dólares que dicen devolver de dos a cuatro días y lo otro es que los días que estuve no servía uno de los dos ascensores y era demasiado tedioso bajar desde un piso alto y luego volver a subir a la habitación, sin exagerar hasta más de 20 minutos esperando el ascensor que estaba en funcionamiento, sdgun escuché llevaba casi una semana descompuesto el otro , un poco pequeño el comedor para la cantidad de gente que había

− El ascensor estaba dañado. Estabamos en un piso 36 y solo un elevador funcionaba. Tardabamos mas de 20 minutos en dñsubir o bajar. La limpieza no se huzo todos los dias. Y entraban homeless al desayunador
