Mala experiencia al solicitar una excepción q no se atendió por reservar por Booking.

− Si no haces la reserva con ellos y la haces con Booking, no te tratan del mismo modo y echan las culpas a Booking de las penalizaciones por cambios, q no existirían si se contratasen con ellos directamente.
One night in the hotel
9.0Comfortable, clean. Receptionist was very friendly, gave us useful information. We've spent here only one night, so haven't used most of the amenities. The bus station is close to the hotel, from where we took a bus to the center.
