9.0The staff were excellent and so accommodating, best experience in a hotel for customer service. The location was great so close to the metro and the room was very clean.
− The window had a gap even when shut so it could be noisy at times in the morning with bin collections.

10.0Great location! We were able to book a room for our family of 4 that had 3 beds which was great for our teenagers. We were there during very hot weather and even though the hotel has air conditioning they also put extra fans in the room which was very much appreciated.

− Les parties communes sont usagées et devraient être rénovées. Certains mobiliers des chambres méritent d être changés surtout pour un hôtel 3 étoiles.

− Es un hotel muy muy sencillo, aunque la zona me gustó y hay mucho ambiente para salir a cenar , el hotel está muy dejado, la habitación muy pequeña ,el desayuno horrible no merece la pena hice fotos y vídeos de la hormigas , daba asco, se lo comenté a todos los trabajadores , recepción y camareras, pero bueno….

8.0Excellent location in Montparnasse, Friendly welcome, Comfortable good-size room and bathroom. Air-conditioning very welcome in the heat.
− Two small irritations. We were allocated three rooms but when we visited one of them, it wasn't ready and we had to wait half an hour. We paid the bill when we arived but on leaving we were told that we hadn't been charged the city tax on one of the rooms and hsd to pay another 30 euros.
