7.0L’emplacement est excellent, proche de toutes les commodités, d’une gare et d’une bouche de métro. Chambre et salle de bain propre. Bon petit déjeuner.
− Ma chambre n’était pas prête quand je suis arrivée, et du coup la personne de l’accueil a voulu me mettre dans une chambre au rez-de-chaussée sans fenêtre, juste avec une porte fenêtre donnant sur un cour intérieure (coin fumeur je crois). J’ai refusé. Pour un trois étoiles je trouve que des petits détails feraient la différence (boite de mouchoirs, quelques cotons, sèche cheveux qui ne s’arrête pas toutes les 30 secondes, 2 coussins par personne…). La salle du petit déjeuner est sans fenêtre. Dommage.

1.0− The hotel refunded me $208, but a week after we checked out, they charged the same amount back to my card without even notifying me. Could you please explain why this happened? I would like to request a refund of the $208.
