10.0Είχαν καθαριότητα στο δωμάτιο κάθε μέρα. Η τοποθεσία είναι άψογη και βολεύει για τα πάντα! Το πρωινό πολύ καλό με αρκετά πράγματα. Τα κρεβάτια και τα μαξιλάρια ήταν πολύ άνετα!

7.0Otelin konumu çok iyiydi.İstediğim yere yürüyerek kolayca gidebiliyordum.Eğer otobüs kullanmam gerekirse de,durak hemen otel çıkışının önündeydi.Tek yataklı oda tutmama rağmen,kendileri çift kişilik oda verdiler.Personelin hepsi güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi.
− Odanın içinde çöp kutusu yoktu.Kat olarak -1'de olduğum için güneş görmüyordu,karanlıktı.Odanın içinde kasa vardı ama kasa çalışmıyordu.Odanın içinde buzdolabı yoktu. Çift kişilik yatak verdik size dediler ama 2 tane tek kişilik yatağı birleştirmişlerdi.

8.0Lovely location , lovely receptionist upon arrival great customer care skills as too was the night porter. Room was nice and large , very comfy bed , nice bathroom , nice breakfast
− Breakfast coffee machine was not working , rude room cleaner that was not happy that she could not gain access to clean our room ( could benifit from a refresher customer care skills course. Also bathroom showed signs of mound around the bath ( needs urgent attention ) Only 1 x lift ( very small)
