− Le bain n'était pas fonctionnel Le support de la douchette était brisé et très difficile d'utiliser la douchette debout. Le climatiseur était très très faible donc il faisait très chaud même la nuit.
Perfect and quite location away from crowds

8.0Staff were fantastic and went out of there way to assist wherever they could. Breakfast was supplied to the room daily. Location was excellent as it was away for the crowds and still easy walk to the water bus and main tourist areas
− summer 2026 was hot. Unfortunately the air condition, although running constantly, did nothing. We did ask the hosts but they were unable to get anyone out to have a look at the problem. They did have a fan in the room, which helped, so I can only assume that the air condition issue was not a new issue. The room we are in have basically no view ( i think the term was "city view" ) . If you are looking to stay here- request a room with a view of the canal.

− Die Betten war leider durchgelegen , es wären dringend neue Matratzen nötig. Der Spiegel im Zimmer war total rostig. Das Frühstück hätte mehr Abwechslung gebraucht

9.0Quarto com perfeitas dimensões, cama confortável e tudo muito limpo. Pequeno almoço entregue à porta numa cesta bonita e bastante completo, tornando a experiência ainda melhor.
− Check in muito tarde só depois das 13:30 sem disponibilidade de fazer mais cedo. No entanto guardam bagagem antes e depois de check out.
