− Esperienza deludente, struttura non conforme alle foto e servizio inaccettabile Un soggiorno estremamente deludente, soprattutto considerando €860,70 pagati per tre notti. La struttura non rispecchia assolutamente le foto e la descrizione pubblicate su Booking. Abbiamo prenotato una camera con finestra, all'arrivo abbiamo dovuto cambiare ben tre camere perchè la prima assegnata aveva una finestra affacciata all'interno dell'hotel,area utilizzata anche per le colazioni, con privacy inesistente e un persistente odore di fogna quindi abbiamo rifiutato assolutamente. La seconda, mansardata, aveva una minuscola finestra bloccata. La terza era piccola, con due letti singoli accostati che si separavano facilmente, tanto che mio marito è persino caduto a terra durante la notte. Pulizia decisamente insufficiente: bagno sporco, arredi e letti vecchi, porta danneggiata e ambienti rumorosi. Nonostante il servizio di pulizia pagato, alle 18:00 la camera non era ancora pronta e abbiamo dovuto attendere altri 40 minuti, compromettendo i nostri impegni lavorativi. Persino una federa macchiata di sangue non è stata sostituita. Ci è stato inoltre negato il riscaldamento nonostante il freddo, perché il personale riteneva autonomamente che la temperatura fosse adeguata. L'aspetto più spiacevole è stato il comportamento del personale, in particolare della General Manager, che, anziché gestire professionalmente le nostre contestazioni documentate anche fotograficamente, ha assunto un atteggiamento scortese, offensivo e poco rispettoso. A fronte di tutti questi disservizi abbiamo ottenuto soltanto 200 € di rimborso, mentre siamo ancora in attesa della restituzione del deposito cauzionale. Una struttura che, per quanto abbiamo riscontrato, non giustifica minimamente il prezzo richiesto. La qualità di un hotel si misura anche dalla capacità di rispettare quanto pubblicizzato e di trattare gli ospiti con professionalità.
