− Noisy people in the next room and noise from outside made it hard to sleep. Boat horns and clanging of boats against the docks.

9.0Persoonlijke en vriendelijke service, geweldige locatie met ongelofelijk uitzicht. Zeer comfortabel met ruime badkamer, balkon en keuken. Rustig ondanks veel toeristen en drukte van aankomende en vertrekkende boten.
Lindo pero decepcionante
6.0− Queríamos dejar constancia de nuestra disconformidad con nuestra estadía en el hotel. Al momento de realizar la reserva, la descripción del hotel indicaba que contaba con Wi-Fi. Por ese motivo, mi novia y yo asumimos que tendríamos conexión a internet durante nuestra estadía. Sin embargo, al llegar nos encontramos con que el Wi-Fi no funcionaba. Para nosotros esto fue especialmente importante, ya que debido al cambio horario necesitábamos trabajar durante las noches y realizar llamadas importantes. Lamentablemente, no pudimos hacerlo durante ninguna de las tres noches que estuvimos hospedados. Realizamos el reclamo en recepción desde el primer momento, pero no recibimos una solución concreta. La única respuesta que nos daban era que el problema se iba a solucionar “en algún momento”, algo que finalmente nunca ocurrió durante nuestra estadía. Consideramos que, teniendo en cuenta el precio del hotel y los servicios que se ofrecen en su descripción, este tipo de inconvenientes deberían ser resueltos de manera rápida y efectiva. Para nosotros, contar con Wi-Fi era un aspecto fundamental a la hora de elegir y reservar el hotel. De haber sabido que no tendríamos conexión durante toda nuestra estadía, directamente no hubiésemos realizado la reserva. Por este motivo, esperamos que puedan tener en consideración lo sucedido y ofrecernos algún tipo de compensación por el inconveniente ocasionado y por un servicio que estaba incluido en la reserva pero que no pudimos utilizar durante las tres noches.
