The location is very good and safe. University area and quite calm. Staff were usually pleasent

− The room was old. There is no possibility to turn on the heating and the first day was very cold. Finally they turned on the heating during the second and third days. I called the room service many times without success, after half an hour I called reception and they told me to call the room service instead of trying to solve the problem. I called a second time to reception and they told me not to call back. After one hour without the possibility to contact the room service, I decided to request food delivery with a third-party service. The breakfast area is too small and at the same time they have a lot of room in the reception that is empty. Why don’t you move a wall in the breakfast area to increase the space?

The staff are friendly and do their best to help quickly whenever an issue arises. However, we were disappointed to discover upon arrival that access to the SPA comes at an additional cost per person, despite the hotel’s photos prominently featuring the SPA facilities. This was not what we expected when booking. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was to enjoy some relaxing time there with our two children. Unfortunately, the extra SPA charges meant we couldn’t enjoy the experience we had planned. The breakfast was okay, but unfortunately, there were no alternatives to pork products, which made the selection quite limited for us. Overall, we feel that some important details should have been made clearer before booking.

The towels, sheets and bedding were very clean and tidy, the quality of the pillows and mattress was good, and overall everything was very clean despite being a little old.The lobby, reception, lounge, restaurant and public spaces of the ground floor are decorated in a harmonious manner، it looks nice and they are all well lit. The distance to the metro station is about 5 min walk from each direction.I didn't had the chance to get to the spa but as far as I heard it's a good one. My conversation with the hotel manager was heart warming, She is a charming and wonderful woman.

− Despite stating the rooms being soundproofed, this was not the case at all, and conversations in neighboring rooms could easily be heard.This is very annoying, especially when sleeping.The bar that was mentioned is an in-room facility was a joke, it is limited to only three types of tea bags and two coffees.That's all there was to it, except three cans of water a day, which were recharged every day. The building is old and this is most evident in the elevators and parking lot. The parking is dirty, especially the doors and handles and parking floor in the charging area. The hinge on one of the doors makes that much noise that you'd rather not touch it at all, guys common just oil the damn thing.The hallways and corridors of the upper floors are at best MEH 🫤... especially the floor ceramic tiles. By placing a note in the bathroom "Less is More"، They completely let go of consumables like tissues box, toothbrush, toothpaste, cream، ear buds, and anything else in the room. BTW LESS is always LESS in this case. Of course, this is quite common among most 4-star hotels in Europe.They all have slogans about taking care of the environment, consuming Las and being efficient, when in fact that's just greed and making more money at you expense.
