10.0The area was excellent not far from the train station, and right in the middle of restaurants and not far to walk to all attractions, near all water taxis if you do not fancy a walk
− No tea or coffee facilities in the room but there is a cafe just down the road

8.0Närheten! Det är bara 7-8min från tågstationen. Fullt med ställen att äta och dricka på, tror inte man kan bo på en bättre position i Venedig. Kvinnan i receptionen är suverän och trevlig.
− Det är inte lyx och ska man stanna flera nätter vill man nog ha nåt lite nyare. Annars saknar jag bara ett kylskåp. Finns ett gemensamt ute i hallen man kan använda
Great place to stay in Venice
10.0Hotel was in a great location, staff were very helpful and friendly. Our room was spotless and spacious and the air-conditioning was amazing in the heat!
We would stay there again but we would try a different room. Hopefully it has a better mattress. And we would request 1s
8.0We loved the location! It was quiet and right by the canal for easy acres to the taxi. The room was beautiful and the bathroom was modern and clean! The A/C worked great! The staff was very responsive and helpful. Access and check-in to the hotel was very easy.
− We were in a deluxe double and our mattress was so firm it was difficult to sleep. And, the pillows were really flat and not existent.
