Disappointed in our short stay.
6.0Showing its age. Problem with AC was not/could not be corrected due to age of the unit.
− AC fan extremely loud and woke us up every time it came on. Inquired about getting it repaired before the next guest used this room and was told that the ac was loud due tom age and there was no repair possible by the front desk. No shuttle service after 10PM caused a little more out-of-pocket for this stay. For trying to support the price point of a suite hotel, felt more like a motel 6 as far as service. Dose not support the price point.

− El servicio de transfer fianliza a las 22 hs y nosotras llegamos despues de esa hora. Con lo cual, como en todos los paises existen los estafadores, nos llevo un taxi que supuestamente no nos entendiamos bien y nos cobro cualquier cosa. Para tener en cuenta

With that over charge I won't stay there again and will tell my friends or relatives what happened

− They didn't give me back the 50 dollars they charge me in case of something we might do to room but we didn't do bad to room. We were only suppose to pay 140.00 but they charged me 190.00 and the told me they would give back the 50.00 after we checked out.so I will not stay there again because of over charge
Had a great stay for the short period we were there! Bed was very comfortable and room was clean
