2.0I find them bit dodgy as I booked room for 4 (2Adults+2 Kids) and they provided only single bed. As standard 1 bed apartment no plates, iron and stand was available and provided on request.

8.0The staff was super useful! Very polite and nice. The amenities in the apartment are lacking if staying only for a couple of days. No hand towels, no towels in the kitchen, no dish soap

4.0The staff were very Professor and respectful but the condition of the property is not good, very old and horrible smell even if the clean, the smell in the hallway and rooms. Dusty windows and poor WIFI connection.

10.0I am a regular visitor to this hotel. The rooms are large and affordable. and the location is convenient for me. There is a magic view from the balcony. I extend my thanks to Mr Nityandan for his dedication and friendly service in ensuring the rooms are clean.
