− Room was dusty and bed was old and uncomfortable. Was disappointed that the bar/restaurant was closed. Breakfast bar is nothing like it use to be.

− Me cobraron 100 dólares extra de depósito o garantía , no me avisaron que iba a demorar tanto el reintegro y al día de hoy ( que el 27 va a hacer un mes) no me fue reintegrado .Adenas envíe varios Mail y no obtuve respuesta

I liked my room but it was very humid on the top floor

− False advertising of the breakfast paid resort fee but the pool was closed. It was humid and I was on the top floor

4.0− Me cobraron unos creditos que cuando hice check in me dijeron que no serian cargados a mi tarjeta. pero resulta que luego me cobraron 23 dolares por noche que son el supuesto credito por parte del hotel. Dben comunicar bien a los clientes que los creditos seran cargados a la tarjet al final.
