− Disappointing Stay — Poor Facilities and Unhelpful Staff Unfortunately, my stay was quite disappointing. Room The rooms felt more like an old dormitory than a proper hostel. I stayed in university dormitories in my student years that were actually in much better condition. The facilities were outdated, and the air conditioning could only be switched on or off — there was no way to adjust the temperature. When it was running, it was also extremely noisy. **Roommates:** Most of the people staying there did not seem to be travelers. They appeared to be workers staying for long periods. Towels and personal belongings were left everywhere, which made the shared spaces feel uncomfortable and messy. **Bathroom & Shower:** The bathroom was dirty and crowded with people's belongings. The shower was particularly frustrating because it had a timer that stopped the water every few seconds, meaning you had to constantly press the button/pump to keep the water running. This made taking a shower unnecessarily stressful and uncomfortable. **Staff:** My experience with the staff was also disappointing. Breakfast officially starts at 7:30 AM. At around 7:25 AM, I was trying to get an espresso from the machine because I was rushing to the airport and didn't have time to have breakfast. A staff member rudely stopped me and would not listen when I tried to explain the situation in Spanish. Overall, I expected a much better experience. The outdated facilities, noisy air conditioning, uncomfortable shower system, cleanliness issues, and unfriendly staff made my stay unpleasant. I would not choose to stay here again this place overall changed my mind about staing in hostels in future
