− 扉が薄いため廊下の話声が聞こえるがストレスにはならない程度　5泊しましたが朝食メニューが毎日同じ→この値段とロケーションから考えれば文句は言えない

Good position in an elegant Boulevard, very close to Notre Dame and well connected with metro and RER B.

− Unacceptable experience for a business trip Very poor 6-night stay with a colleague. Let's start reviewing this nightmare: despite requesting a quiet room, my colleague was given a first-floor room next to the boilers, with constant noise and no soundproofing. When she raised the issue, the owner responded aggressively and rudely. Housekeeping was equally disappointing: despite leaving the cleaning request outside my door and reporting it at reception, my room was not cleaned for two consecutive days. The following morning, I found a live bed bug under my pillow. (Please see the enclosed photo). At check-out, instead of apologising, the owner falsely accused me of leaving the window open. I always left the window closed before leaving the room to reach the exhibition. The location is excellent, but it does not justify dirty rooms, noise, poor hygiene and such rude treatment. DO NOT BOOK HERE! ************************************** Esperienza inaccettabile per un viaggio di lavoro Pessimo soggiorno di 6 notti con una collega. Iniziamo: nonostante la richiesta di una camera silenziosa, le è stata assegnata una camera al primo piano accanto alle caldaie, con rumore costante e insonorizzazione assente. Alla segnalazione, il titolare ha risposto in modo aggressivo e maleducato. La pulizia è stata altrettanto deludente: nonostante la richiesta lasciata fuori dalla porta e la segnalazione in reception, la mia camera non è stata pulita per due giorni consecutivi. Il giorno successivo ho trovato una cimice viva sotto il cuscino (vedi foto). Al check-out, invece di scusarsi, il titolare mi ha accusato falsamente di aver lasciato la finestra aperta. Ovviamente non solo la finestra non c'entra nulla, in più ho sempre lasciato la finestra chiusa poco prima di raggiungere il polo fieristico durante tutto il mio soggiorno. La posizione è ottima, ma non giustifica camere non pulite, rumore, mancanza di igiene e un trattamento così scortese. NON PRENOTATE QUI.
