7.0Room was nice. Location was close to the picasso museum and the old district with monuments you could walk to which was nice. They let us sit in the downstairs lounge area after we checked out to get some rest.
− We got locked out of one of the rooms and tried to call the reception from one of the other rooms and the person in reception couldn't hear us or understand us so we had to go downstairs to get a new card made and then the person at reception was trying to blame the phone (which was their own landline) for not being able to hear us and then was generally unhelpful and accusatory.
