心のない接客
2.0チェックイン時の説明がなさすぎ。 朝食もWifiも、何もかもこちらから質問しなければ説明なし。 ホスピタリティーがまったく感じられなくて残念。 リピートはあり得ない。
Good location, good size
10.0Chose to stay in Ikebukuro for once instead of the usual hotspots like Shinjuku and Shibuya. Great location right next to escalators leading to the train station, options to eat nearby and decent sized room with space to actually open our suitcases, unlike other shoebox sized hotels in Japan where we've struggled to do barely that. Also had an extra suitcase delivered via courier on our second day which they were more than happy to accept and advise us it had arrived when we came back to our hotel after a long day.

4.0部屋の空調の温度設定が調整できない。 トイレのウォシュレットが故障していて使えない。 風呂にカビが生えていて、衛生的ではない。 ホテルの駐車場も故障中で使えない。 しかし、立地は最高です。

4.0トイレとお風呂を改善していただきたい。お風呂は広くて良いのですが、お湯になるのが遅い。また、シャンプー等の質が悪い。部屋は広くて好きなのに残念。
格安弾丸ツアー！
8.0一泊だけの東京滞在で格安のホテルを探しこのホテルを予約しました。酒が入りチェックインは夜中になりましたが受付も丁寧に対応してもらいました。部屋も清潔でベットも大きめでゆっくり休めました。また東京に来たら泊まりたいホテルです。
立地良し
8.0立地は駅（地下道を通れば雨にもほぼ濡れず）も歓楽街も近くて良い。 部屋も一般的なビジホより広かった。 築年数はけっこう経過しているのが各部の経年劣化で分かる。 洗面台からずーーーっとチョロチョロと水が流れる音がしていたのと、有料チャンネルのコンテンツ（ア〇ルト以外）がマイナーな作品ばかのだったのが残念…
