− **Positiv:** Das Zimmer war sauber\. **Negativ:** Leider waren wir insgesamt sehr enttäuscht von unserem Aufenthalt\. Besonders der unfreundliche Empfang an der Rezeption hat einen schlechten ersten Eindruck hinterlassen\. Wir kamen bereits um 07:00 Uhr morgens mit zwei Kindern im Hotel an\. Anstatt freundlich empfangen zu werden, mussten wir zunächst nachweisen, dass wir tatsächlich zwei Zimmer gebucht hatten\. Ein Frühstück wurde uns weder angeboten noch wurde uns die Möglichkeit gegeben, gegen Aufpreis daran teilzunehmen\. Stattdessen mussten wir das Hotel verlassen, um zu dieser frühen Uhrzeit mit zwei Kindern außerhalb frühstücken zu gehen\. Unsere Koffer durften wir zwar in einem separaten Raum abstellen, mussten diese später jedoch selbstständig zu unseren Zimmern tragen\. Auch eine Begleitung zu den Zimmern oder eine kurze Orientierung im Hotel wurde uns nicht angeboten\. Wir erhielten lediglich unsere Zimmerkarten und mussten unsere Zimmer selbst suchen\. Auch das Frühstück konnte uns nicht überzeugen\. Die Auswahl und Qualität waren eher enttäuschend\. Besonders negativ fiel auf, dass man für Rührei zusätzlich bezahlen musste\. **Fazit:** Obwohl die Zimmer sauber waren, haben der unfreundliche Service, der mangelhafte Empfang und das enttäuschende Frühstück unseren Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigt\. Gerade bei einer Anreise mit Kindern hätten wir mehr Freundlichkeit, Hilfsbereitschaft und Gastfreundschaft erwartet\. Insgesamt entsprach der Aufenthalt leider nicht unseren Erwartungen\.

10.0Отель находится в центре старого города. Все основные достопримечательности в пешей доступности или на общественном транспорте. Транспорт в 2 минутах ходьбы (трамвай, метро, автобус). Маленький номер, уборка каждый день. Чисто. Есть возможность отдать вещи в стирку. Завтраки больше местные чем европейские. Есть небольшой бассейн на крыше, со своим мини баром. Э
− В нашем номере отсутствовала вентиляция. После душа было очень парко в комнате. Отдельное удивление принёс потолок с искусственным небом, при открытии окна свежий воздух особо не поступал

10.0Все! Особенно то, что находится рядом с Лалели и то что можно хранить тяжелые сумки с вещами в специальном помещении внизу на 1 этаже.
