− Le personnel pas souriant sauf une personne à la réception. Le petit-déjeuner qui manque de choix et d’indications. D’ailleurs, je n’ai même pas été accueillie ni saluée à mon arrivée au petit-déjeuner. L’absence de lumière dans les espaces communs du 1er étage. L’état de la baignoire: mastic au fond de la baignoire et difficulté d’écoulement de l’eau.
