6.0Das Hotel liegt am Alexanderplatz und damit sehr zentral
− Das Personal an der Rezeption hat behauptet, dass das Zimmer nicht bezahlt war, obwohl meine Kreditkarte zwei Tage vorher belastet wurde. Ich musste am Anreisetag nochmal bezahlen! Etwas kompetenteres Personal hat mir dann am nächsten Tag bestätigt, dass das Zimmer nun zweimal kassiert wurde und hat mir eine sofortige Rückabwicklung zugesagt. Das war vor 3 Tagen und ich warte immer noch auf die Rückabwicklung meiner doppelten Berechnung.
