− A ramp for luggage would be nice for those 3 to 4 steps when you get off elevator.
It met most expectations.
7.0Did not get breakfast, too pricey. Location was nice and pretty central to a lot of things. The room was big, happy it slept 5 of us, but it was pricey.
− Price, hallways were dark and dated.

8.0Lovely staff. Great location. Close to station but not so close that it's a problem.
− Rooms really tiny. Only just enough room to shuffle around the bed. I kept my suitcase in the corridor because there was so little room. Bedding somewhat inadequate. A light duvet exactly the same size as the bed. Tiny little pillows reminiscent of postage stamps.
