Our expectations were not met
5.0I liked the hotel because it was the cheapest of all the options offered. The staff is not bad.
− The rooms are far from being of the highest quality. They’re a bit dirty, and the appliances, chargers, furniture, and even the walls could use some repair. You couldn’t pay in US dollars; the staff gave us a business card for a nearby exchange center — but keep in mind that it doesn’t operate all the time, only at specific hours. For a price of 45 USD — although that’s not much by Singaporean standards — we would have expected at least a simple but well‑maintained room. Our expectations were not met.
As good as it gets for it's location
8.024 hour reception, Great location. Good staff.
− Bed pretty hard. No where to put open suitcase. Aircon noisy.

− All good. For some this will feel like a sketchy neighborhood. However, I have never had any issues.
Good rest up for a long flight layover
8.0good room for a couple or a small family. Close to shops and restaurants. Lot of food options outside the hotel
− Should have been a bathroom mat. Room used to get wet from wet feet after using the bathroom.
No Hot water for $150
3.0No hot water and when the room Nextdoor had the manager come up to resolve the issue they then spoke excessively loud in the corridor waking me up and rendering the whole point of having somewhere to get a few hours sleep pointless.
− The fact that I will never go there again.

8.0The staff are friendly. The drinking faucet is very convinience. Check-in and check-out procedure were fast. Whole building is cool with air conditions everywhere.
− I understand that windows cannot be opened because of many different policies, but it could be relaxed to have some fresh air at some point in the day. Personally, I like the diffused sunlight shines on the bed in the morning, so maybe it would be great to just have another sheer curtain layer. Another thing is the sound insulation is not very well, mostly the noise from the hall.
